SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please not that under the current circumstances our delivery options have changed - for everyone's safety we are only posting orders once per week. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for posting dates.
Standard Delivery Information
We endeavour to pick, pack and ship every order within 24 hours of receipt. We use a tracked service for orders to UK addresses, with the option of Standard (48 hour) or Express (24 hour) delivery.
*Please note that orders must be placed before 12 noon for same day dispatch.
For orders sent to Worldwide destinations we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Please see the table below for our range of shipping rates:

Orders may be returned within 28 days of original purchase, in the original packaging, for an exchange or refund. For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us on email@example.com, using your order number as the subject, to request a returns authorisation.
We recognise that many items purchased during the months of November and December may be purchased as Christmas gifts and therefore orders placed during these two months may be returned up until 15th January.
During busy sale times,on items purchased at a reduced price, the returns period may be reduced to 14 days.
